What to do in case of damage?
Damage is an inconvenience and unfortunately not always preventable. We, of course, work with the shipping company to minimize this as much as possible. Always check the products carefully upon receipt.
If any items in your order are damaged, please report this as soon as possible after receipt via info@tcgtrading.com. The sooner you report the damage, the sooner we can assess and resolve it.
We request that you send clear photos so that the damage can be properly assessed.
Complaint handling
At TCGTrading, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're unhappy with your order or our service, please let us know so we can work together to find a solution.
You can submit your complaint to our customer service at info@tcgtrading.com. You will receive a substantive response within 5 business days of receiving your complaint. For a quick and accurate response, please submit your email as completely as possible. Adding photos can help with a smooth review.
If we cannot reach a solution together, consumers within the European Union can file a complaint via the European Commission's ODR platform.
